THE original smash-hit musical show Sing-a-long-a Sound of Music returns to Basingstoke in a few weeks.
It has been all around the world and now returns to the UK for the 50th anniversary of the movie.
Sing-a-Long-a Sound of Music is a screening of the classic Julie Andrews film musical in glorious, full-screen Technicolor, complete with lyric subtitles so that the whole audience can sing along.
The evening begins with your host leading a vocal warm-up, judging the fancy dress competition and teaching you how to use your items in your free magic moment fun pack, which now includes a special commemorative brochure in celebration of the movie.
The audience then takes over as the stars of the show and almost anything can happen – the first rule of Sing-a-long-a is that there are no rules.
So, even if you’ve been before, come back and re-experience this unique interactive show and don’t forget to dress up as one of your favourite things!
The show comes to The Anvil on Saturday, February 28 at 7pm.
Tickets: £16 (includes £1 booking fee)
Box office: 01256 844244
We have two pairs of tickets for the show to give away to Gazette readers.
