TUCKED away between some traditional cottages and a listed walled garden is a new development of just five homes built by Lacey Simmons.

This weekend, selling agent Mackenzie Smith is holding an open weekend at Bartley Gate, which is in Holt Lane in the village of Hook.

Bartley Gate has been developed with a pair of semi-detached homes priced at £264,950 and £309,950, and three detached houses in a range of designs.

Two of the detached houses have sitting rooms, which are open plan to a sun lounge with French doors to the garden. In one of the houses, the dining room also has French doors to the garden.

Although the layout of the ground floor is different, they both have kitchen-breakfast rooms in which the integrated appliances include an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The four-bedroomed properties have a master suite with its own shower room and a family bathroom, and both have the same asking price of £389,950.

A smaller, three-bedroomed detached house is priced at £334,950 and has two reception rooms, one with French doors to the garden.

The kitchen-breakfast room units are inset with a range of appliances and the upstairs accommodation provides an en suite shower room and family bathroom.

En suite shower rooms are also a feature of the three-bedroomed semi-detached homes, which also have different designs.

The house priced at £309,950 has two reception rooms and an appliance-fitted kitchen-breakfast room. The property priced at £264,950 features a living room and kitchen-diner.
