BRYANT Homes has introduced an innovative scheme for house buyers to beat the credit crunch.
The house-builder has brought in the Market Plus Scheme at its development at Limes Park, Basingstoke, which means buyers need only take out a mortgage on 75 per cent of the purchase price with no deposit needed.
Bryant then provides an interest-free loan on the remaining 25 per cent of the purchase price for up to 10 years.
Limes Park offers a range of two-bedroomed apartments and two, three and four-bedroomed houses.
Prices through the Market Plus initiative start from £142,496.
One of the homes ideal for couples and families of all ages is the three-bedroomed Gillies town-house, which features a kitchen with French doors to the garden, as well as a study and ground-floor cloakroom.
The reception room and master bedroom, with its en suite bathroom, are on the first floor, while there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom on the top floor.
