RAISE the strain of harvest home...listen, can you hear it up The Street?

It's back! At long last, after an absence of three years, the Whitewater Benefice Harvest Supper returns to Rotherwick Village Hall tomorrow, starting at 7.30pm.

Fantastic home-made two-course meal, complete with home-spun entertainment all for only £10!

Wine and soft drinks available, plus all the gossip and news you can absorb.

Places must be booked in advance, though, as otherwise the chefs won’t know how much food to cook. Call Sandra Pickworth on 762240 to see if any seats are still available to squeeze you in!

ARE you going to Rotherwick Fair? Sure hope so, because the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity could use your support.

Kick-start your Christmas shopping next Tuesday, in the village hall starting at 10am with a range of fine goods from country-wide stallholders who not only pay for their table space but donate 10 per cent of their takings on the day.

The proceeds from the Rotherwick Gift Fair will go directly to fund a family support worker to help terminally-ill children and their families in their own homes.

Entry is £3.50, and refreshments are available, so meet your friends for lunch.

Do be aware that it’s a normal school day for Whitewater School, so please be sensible about parking.
