BEGGARWOOD Park: Has been recommended to be put forward as a Local Nature Reserve by the borough council. The recommendation is subject to the results of a public consultation.
OLD Down Moth Event: Old Down and Beggarwood Wildlife Group will be holding a special evening on August 22 from 8pm-late. They will be trapping and recording moths. All moths will be released.
SUMMER Streetz: The Warren Youth Wing at the community centre is hosting activities for young people every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings during the school holidays. The activities are supported by Summer Streetz. Please see the facebook page for Hatch Warren Community Centre.
ANAEROBIC digester: There is a new email address for residents wishing to report lorries travelling through the estate before 7am and during school drop off and pick up times. The email is basingstoke@tamarenergy.com.
