POT Belly Chimps: Local covers band Pot Belly Chimps will be playing tunes on Saturday, at the Badgers Wood pub. Be there or be square.
TOY Service: St Stephen’s Church is holding a Toy Service on Sunday, at 11am.
Parishioners are asked to bring an unwrapped Christmas present for a child. These are then given to Homestart to distribute to local families in need, often providing the only present that a child might receive this year. All are welcome, and refreshments will be provided after the service.
HEATH End WI: Meets on Monday, at 7.30pm in Heath End Village Hall. There will be a life-drawing art class.
The cost of the meeting is £3 for visitors, which includes refreshments.
TUESDAY Club: Meets on November 18, from 2pm to 4pm at Heath End Village Hall, for a friendly get-together with tea and home-made cakes. All are welcome, and transport can be arranged.
