CALLEVA WI Bazaar: This Saturday, 2pm to 4pm, at Pamber Heath Memorial Hall. This Christmas bazaar is very popular, lots to buy, lots to do. Come along and get some of your Christmas shopping done, have a go on the tombola and raffle. All proceeds to Calleva WI.
HALL Theatre evenings: ‘Heroes’ on November 1 was a really entertaining show. The quirky funny twist at the end had everyone laughing. A full hall enjoyed something different.
The next show on December 13 sees the return of the very popular Pete Allen – traditional jazz at its best with great light-hearted banter.
I’m sure that Pete will be paying his own tribute to the late great Acker Bilk. Pete has been to Pamber Heath before and also visits some of the local pubs.
