BRAMLEY and Romans Floral Society: Meets at 1.30pm next Thursday, in Sherfield Village Hall, for a demonstration by Lorraine Saunders. Lorraine will take as her title “Magic Moments”.
There will be refreshments and a raffle in which the floral arrangements will be included as prizes. Fee for visitors £5.50.
ARTHRITIS Research UK: This charity is so well supported by Catrina Stockwell and her family that on October 18 many neighbours and friends old and new gathered at Ringshall Gardens for a tea party.
There was a huge spread of delicious cakes with plentiful cups of tea or coffee. Donations amounted to £93.
BRAMLEY Voluntary Care Group Annual General Meeting: Takes place on November 13, at 2.30pm in Cross House. One of the invaluable services the organisation provides in Bramley is the team of voluntary drivers to take those who are unable to use public transport to medical appointments.
