POP-Up Food Shop: On Saturday, from 10.30am to noon, the Pop-Up Food Shop is back at the Jolly Farmer, featuring a fabulous array of foodie fare, from fresh bread and fudge to cheese, cordial and preserves, with a minor detour around soup – and whatever else we come up with on the day!
BASINGSTOKE Half-Marathon: On Sunday, the Basingstoke Half-Marathon comes through Cliddesden. I am reliably informed by those who are brave enough to participate that the support as they run through the villages is a genuine lift to their spirits, so line the streets, Cliddesdonians!
The Jolly Farmer will be opening its doors from 10am to serve bacon butties etc to supporters, and the roads will be closed, so get stuck in!
