ST LUKE'S Church: On Monday, August 4, at St Luke's Church, Pamber Heath, there will be a service of Thanksgiving and Peace at 10am, to remember all those involved with or who lost their lives in the First World War.

Following the service, there will be an open day until 4pm, with a display of information regarding the Pamber men who died in the conflict together with other memorabilia.

U3A: There are currently two U3A groups meeting at Pamber Heath Memorial Hall on the fourth Wednesday of the month. From 1.30pm to 3.30pm, the Family History Group meets in the small hall.
