ROMAN House Open Day: Disability charity Scope is hosting an open day for prospective support workers to come and find out about employment opportunities available at Roman House – its residential service that supports disabled adults in Basingstoke to live independently.

The open day takes place on Friday, March 4, between 11am and 4pm at Roman House, Winklebury Way.
WINKLEBURY schools headteacher Chris Clayton writes: “On Wednesday, February 9, a wonderfully enriching introduction to Indian dance at Winklebury infant and junior schools led to a community celebration in the evening at Fort Hill School.
“The event showcased the hard work and enthusiastic choreography of the juniors with the colour and excitement that infant children bring to a festival.”
