MARROWS!: The last of the marrow seeds are in Pamber Heath Stores (Jay’s) now.
So if you want to get sowing then this is your last chance!
They’ll need lots of TLC to get a really good entry for the fete on September 4.
If you don’t want to grow a marrow, then why not paint one, knit one, sew one or even compose an “odd ode to marrows”, all for fun on the day!
PAMBER Heath Gardening Club: Next Tuesday, the club have been invited to Church Farm House, Lower Basildon.
The resident gardener Steven Leaver will be hosting the evening visit.
