FLUID Motion is a mental health theatre company based in Basingstoke. They create professional touring work on a range of mental health themes as well as delivering education and community projects that engage with around 22,000 people a year.

They believe theatre and the arts can bring positive change to people’s lives. One in four people each year will experience a mental health problem and of these nine out of ten experience stigma and discrimination.

Theatricals is a weekly drama group for adults with disabilities and additional needs in partnership with Basingstoke Mencap. Theatricals uses the increased confidence through performing on stage to raise the ceiling of expectation, giving participants the chance to achieve their social, personal and theatrical potential by performing to their peers and the public.

The All in the Mind Festival is an annual event in Basingstoke aimed at raising the conversation around mental health and Chatty Women groups are regular events for anyone who identifies as a woman.
