LUNCH Club: The September meeting was held at the Loddon Mill restaurant as Judy, our cook, was having a break.
We look forward to seeing her on October 9, when the Bramley Lunch Club will again meet in the Bramley Room at the village hall. As usual, tea and coffee will be served at 10.30am and games and quizzes fill the time until the two-course lunch at 12.30pm. Contact Pat on 01256 882441.
NEIGHBOURHOOD Plan: The steering committee of the Bramley Neighbourhood Plan held an open meeting on September 28 in the pavilion on Clift Meadow from 10am to 4pm. I found it very busy with residents looking at plans and expressing views on what they would like for the village. Questions were answered on housing, transport, environmental matters and more.
THE Bramley Magazine: The second edition of the free-to-all Bramley and Little London magazine is now being delivered to village homes. Rachel Holland has ably taken on the task of Editor. Well done and many thanks to Rachel.
