A BASINGSTOKE-based IT provider is stepping up to a big challenge again this year.

Centerprise International is taking on the DellEMC Management Challenge and is entering a team of six to the two-day adventure race, taking place in the Brecon Beacons in late September, raising money for The Prince’s Trust.

The DellEMC Management Challenge is a unique four dimensional competitive event aimed at optimising management team performance and delivering positive charitable outcomes. A team, comprising of six plus one ‘Team Enabler’, participate in an Adventure Race (canoeing, mountain biking, running, hiking, map reading), and management development tasks.

World record holder and former world champion Ironman Triathlete Chrissie Wellington OBE will provide inspiration and personal insight to support this year’s event theme ‘collaboration’.

Centerprise’s director of service delivery, David Carroll, said: “We’re really excited to be involved in the challenge again this year and proud to support The Prince’s Trust. Having already raised in excess of £300 we will be holding further fundraising events in the lead up to October. Whilst it’s the taking part that counts – our team are already in training to give them the best sporting chance possible.”

The DellEMC Management Challenge takes place between September 29 and October 1, 2017.
