MILITARY Fitness 4 U is set to take Basingstoke by storm.

The outdoor bootcamp provider operates at various locations in and around Hampshire and has recently started training programmes in Basingstoke.

Initially operating at War Memorial Park, Military Fitness 4 U operations manager Tom Cowd is set to move his tough but friendly training sessions to Down Grange sports complex next week.

Tom who spent nearly six years serving in Royal Engineers, said: “Our aim is to make exercise more accessible to the wider public and local communities as we know many people don’t like going to gyms for one reason or another.

“We want everyone to be able to have access to top quality exercise and fitness classes run by professional and experienced instructors.”

He has been tasked with growing and developing the business, bringing in new members to the programmes and establishing corporate relationships as Military Fitness 4 U goes into business parks and run sessions during lunch hours and after work.

“For us it is about creating an experience which is both effective and fun for our members and makes them feel part of our brand and the community that we have established at each of our locations,” said Tom.

He added: “We aim to prove that anyone can get fit, become healthy and lead a more active life.”

Bootcamp classes are run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm to 8pm and on Saturday from 8.30am to 9.30am.
