Patrick O'BRIEN Patricks family would like to thank all family, friends & neighbours for their cards and kindness after the death of Pat. They would also like to thank the doctors of Camrose Surgery who looked after him so well & Basingstoke Hospital Ward E1. A special thanks to St Michaels Hospice who not only took care of Pat but the whole family. Also many thanks to Jane Grant who led the tributes to Pat and Jules Morgan Bradshaw who did the reading and funeral directors Jonathan Williams.
