Roger Frederick HOBBS

HOBBS Roger Frederick Passed away peacefully on 10th February 2018 aged 79. Much loved husband to Beryl, adored father to Karen, Judith, Caroline and Richard, doting grandad and great grandad. He will leave wonderful loving memories for so many people. Funeral Service to be held at Basingstoke Crematorium on Thursday 1st March at 12:30 pm. Flowers or donations, if desired, to St. Michael's Hospice c/o Spencer & Peyton Family-Run Funeral Directors. Tel: 01256 323165.

So sad to see that Roger has passed away... he was a lovely man, always smiling, such a gentleman... My Dad, Bobby Weeks, knew him well.... Mum Maureen sends love and deepest sympathies to all Rogers family as well xx

Mr Hobbs was the caretaker at my school, Fairfields. He would accompany our groups on some field outings. He was always friendly and approachable to me and the other children. God may he rest in peace.
