EVANS MANDI Passed away on 11th September, 2016, aged 39 years, after being diagnosed with cancer in 2014. She was so loved and will be missed by all her family and friends including husband Matt; daughters Ruby, Lula and Poppy; her father Mac and his wife Anthea; her brother Jon and his partner Chris; and her in-laws Gill and Roy. ---------- The Funeral Service will be held at Basingstoke Crematorium on Thursday 29th September at 12.30 p.m. No flowers please.
