Peter SELF (Pete) Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 21st November 2012, aged 81 years. A loving and much loved husband to Anne. Forever and always in my heart. He will be so sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Basingstoke Crematorium on Friday 7th December at 11.45 am Family flowers only, Donations if desired to The Alzheimers Society or Diabetes UK c/o Spencer & Peyton Ltd, Family Run Funeral Directors Tel 01256 323165
