HUSARIA secured their first league win of the season as they came back from 2-0 down to beat Soldiers Return 4-3 in the Basingstoke and District Sunday League Division One.

Soldiers Return stormed into an early lead thanks to penalty from Fred Cloke.

Daniel Grimes doubled Soldiers' advantage with a chip over the goalkeeper to give the visitors a comfortable lead.

However, Husaria bounced back to level at 2-2 by half-time.

Buoyed by their success, Husaria found the net twice more to lead 4-2, leaving shell-shocked Soldiers only able to respond with a late goal from Jamie Galpin.

Husaria's 4-3 victory is their first league win and takes them up to fourth in the table.

Husaria's goals came from Marcin Momot, Jakub Kasperczak, and a Mateusz Kubacki brace.

Affini Technology turned up for their Division 1 encounter against visitors Oakley with a bare 11 players and missing a goalkeeper.

Oakley also started with only eleven players, giving Jake Hartley his full debut.

However, Hartley pulled down Nick Jupp in the box which allowed Affini to equalise Laith Aldoori's earlier 20 foot screamer, so it was 1-1 at half-time.

Oakley scored twice early in the second half to make it 3-1, thanks to Myles Englefield and Danny Costen.

Affini hit the target with their second, before Oakley's Cian Condon scored and Danny Costen hit the target with a fine volley.

Englefield scored twice late on and completed his hat-trick to complete a league double for Oakley with a 7-2 win.
