BASINGSTOKE and North Hants snapped their two game losing streak, but were unlucky to end just with a draw from their trip to Gerrards Cross on Saturday.
The home side looked to be heading for defeat, as they slumped to 94-8, chasing 278 for victory.
Dean Nurse (76) top scored for Basingstoke, supported well by a quick fire 41 from Gavin Tonge, as they were bowled out for 277.
Gerrards Cross finished on 127-8 as Tonge took 4-50, while Martyn James (2-40) and Jonathan Bradley (2-7) also chipped in.
