Hartley Wintney travelled to the seaside and finished up at the wrong end of a 3-1 scoreline against relegation-threatened Littlehampton Town.
Having scored seven in the midweek win over Horndean, the Row added three more but unfortunately, two were own goals for the home side.
The Golds started the stronger and shots struck the crossbar and post in the early stages.
The game took a decisive turn during the final minutes of the first half when two own goals were scored by the Row.

The first unlucky player was Aaron Burchett whose attempted clearance finished up in the net and a minute later Sam De St.Croix was equally unlucky by putting the ball in his own net following a corner.

Hartley came into the game in the second period and on 71 minutes Conor Lynch reduced the deficit (2-1).
However, it was the Golds who had the final say when Marcel Powell wrapped up the points in the 86th minute giving his club belief that they can avoid relegation.
The last two matches for the Row perhaps highlighted the entire season.
They gained 10 points out of 12 against the top two sides but failed to maintain the same level of performance against teams further down the league and will finish mid-table.
On Wednesday, Hartley Wintney travel to bottom club Fareham Town followed by their final home match of the season against Harrow Borough.
