Hartley Wintney picked up all three points following a close tussle with the Sparks from Reigate.
Early play favoured South Park and they had an opportunity to go ahead when they were awarded a penalty kick.
However, the Row goalie and captain, Nick Jupp, made an excellent save diving to his right.
On 25 minutes, Hartley created an opening when good interchange between George Turner and Calvin Camara fed in Alex Body, who was denied by Danny Bracken, the Sparks goalie.

Body was in the action again seven minutes later when he shot narrowly wide after gaining space.
At the other end, South Park had a chance a minute later, which was well blocked by Jake Rumble.
The Row pressed strongly at the end of the half and came close when a ball across the face of the goal just eluded the incoming forwards.
Then keeper Bracken parried a shot into the path of Grant, who saw his shot deflected over the crossbar.
Most play in the second half was confined to midfield with very few chances.
However, on 72 minutes, the Row got the decisive breakthrough.
Calvin Camara played a picture-perfect pass into the path of Body and the Row striker made no mistake. (0-1).
The Sparks finished strongly but Hartley held on to claim the spoils.
This win moves the Row up into seventh place, just two points outside the play-off places with a game in hand.
