The Basingstoke Bison will be looking for a White Rose double this weekend as they take on Yorkshire sides the Sheffield Steeldogs and Leeds Chiefs.

The Steeldogs will travel to Hampshire on Saturday (6.30pm) looking to complete a clean sweep over the Herd for this campaign.

In fact the Steeldogs are the only remaining side in the National League this season that the Bison have not beaten.

On Sunday night (5.30pm), the Herd will make their first ever trip to the new Leeds rink to take on the Chiefs.

They will be looking to complete a quick double over the Yorkshire side, having beaten them on home ice last Saturday 2-0.

The Bison will hope to have Tom Ralph back in their line-up this weekend, but Liam Morris could still well miss out, while fellow defenceman Josh Kelly was also injured in Sunday's 5-3 win over Milton Keynes.

Looking ahead to the weekend, Bison player/coach Ashley Tait said: "We will be looking to build on last weekend's four point weekend.

"Sheffield play a very good defensive game and we will wait and see how Leeds play in their own rink."
