LOCAL football stalwarts and clubs were recognised with awards at Saturday's Hampshire FA Grassroots Football Awards, which were held at Southampton FC's home St Mary's Stadium.
Football clubs Silchester FC and Bramley United also were presented with a plaques to celebrate the club's centenary
Alan Lipscombe and Andrew White from the Basingstoke and District Football League, Ian Walkom from the Hampshire F A, Colin Phillimore from Overton United and Michael Walsh from Bramley United were awarded certificates of commendation for over 35 years service to local football.
Camrose Social Football Club were awarded Hampshire F A Fair Play Award for the North Hants area.
Tadley Statin Strollers were awarded Hampshire F A Walking Football Club of the Year Award.
