Hartley Wintney have announced that Anthony Millerick has accepted the club's offer to continue as first team manager for season 2019/2020.

It will be his fifth season at the helm.

In his four seasons at the club since joining for the 2015/16 campaign, 'Millers' has helped steer the North Hampshire side to two league titles, two promotions taking the club from step five to step three in the football pyramid, a Southern League Play-Off Final win, a Hampshire Senior Cup Semi-Final, and lifting the Aldershot Senior Cup.

Perhaps his major achievement to date was in putting together the playing and backroom staff who collectively earned a hugely impressive eighth place finish in the club's first season at step 3 in the Southern League Premier South.

For the 2019/20 season his backroom staff will comprise coaches Mark Hurst, Keith Benjamin, Sam Rafique and new addition Neil Woodyer.

The team is completed with the introduction of Sports Therapist, Mark Povey, who joins from Wealdstone FC. Millerick will be in sole charge of team selection.

The club would like to express its thanks to outgoing coaches Luke Tuffs, who has joined Knaphill FC as first team manager, and Dan Turkington, whose business interests outside of Hartley Wintney FC no longer allow him to assist in the same capacity of joint manager for the coming season.

Hartley are in action at home on Saturday (3pm) at home to Baffins Milton Rovers and then on Tuesday night they take on Leatherhead.
