HARTLEY Wintney kicked off their pre-season with a double header on Saturday.
In the opening game the Row beat Fleet Town 6-1, after leading 5-0 at the break.
Angel Zapatta Montes and Ty Smith both helped themselves to braces, while Mitch Parker and Sal Abubakkar scored one each.
In the second game Hartley lost 3-1 to Binfield, with their consolation goal coming from Steven Duff’s header from Josh Webb’s corner.
On Tuesday Hartley are away to Westfield with the venue to be confirmed.
Basingstoke Town opened their pre-season campaign with a 5-3 loss at Burnham as the home side scored three unanswered goals in the second half.
On Tuesday night, Town travel to Chertsey.
