A HOST of Saints stars have been enjoying their post-season break in the sun.
They were sent off on their holidays by manager Ralph Hasenhuttl following the culmination of the Premier League campaign last month.
And it didn't take long for them to take advantage of a rest before pre-season begins at the beginning of July.
Saints Under-23s boss Radhi Jaidi opted to jet off to his native Tunisia to recoup from a successful year.
The U23s gained promotion from their division and also reached the semi-final of the Premier League International Cup.
First team defender Ryan Bertrand, on the other hand, soaked up the sun in Dubai.
Bertrand uploaded a photo of himself having some fun on the sand dunes.
Following a stint with the Polish national side, Jan Bednarek decided to visit Ibiza for some downtime.
Like Bertrand, Bednarek got his adrenaline going with a spot of paddle boarding.
Midfielder Oriol Romeu hopped on an aeroplane to Cuba to enjoy a cultural adventure.
Saints loanee Cedric Soares is expected to report to the club next month for pre-season but, in the meantime, he has been spending time with Instagram star 'Salt Bae' at one of his steak restaurants.
Mario Lemina made the most of the post-season splurge by indulging himself with a mammoth breakfast in Dubai.
The former Juventus player would later link up with teammate Yan Valery in Mykonos, Greece.
Saints' player of the year Nathan Redmond joined Manchester United stars Jesse Lingard and Marcus Rashford in Miami.
A look at Redmond's social media page shows that he has been working hard on his fitness ahead of the upcoming season, which is something he did last year as well.
Maya Yoshida initially flew back to his native Japan but then jetted to Bali to enjoy some tranquillity.
Before sending them away, Hasenhuttl handed his players a strict fitness plan that he wanted them to adhere to.
