Les fished with Smiths Industries Angling Club in the 1970’s and 80’s with Basingstoke Kingfishers and latterly Kennet Ospreys, Les was a most affable person, who was never phased by any task and would always roll his sleeves up to help out.

Les was still working until recently at the age of 80, rest in peace Les you will be missed.

His funeral will take place on Thursday May 2 at 1.15pm at the Basingstoke Crematorium.
