TOP Goalscorer Richard Bordowski will back for the Bison this weekend, as they face a massive top of the table double header clash against the Swindon Wildcats.

Bordowski (pictured above) missed the last two games due to injury and his return will certainly help the Herd as they look to take over top spot.

The Bison are two points behind leaders Swindon with a game in hand and the sides have three games left this season, two of which are this weekend.

A fortnight ago, the same sides clashed in the semi-final of the South Cup and the Herd came out on top winning 9-8 on aggregate after a win in Swindon and draw in Basingstoke.

The games this weekend, will once again see the Herd travel first to Swindon on Saturday (6.15pm) and Sunday in Basingstoke (5.30pm).

Looking ahead to the crunch weekend player/coach Ashley Tait said: "If we want to win the title we need to get something out of this weekend. As looking at the run ins for the final four ours is probably the hardest."

Last week, the Bison faithful got the superb news that announced Tait would be back for the second year of his contract.

Tait said: "I am certainly looking forward to building on what we have here."
