THIS weekend, the Bison will hope to climb back into the top three again, when they entertain the Milton Keynes Thunder at home on Saturday (6.30pm), followed by a trip to the Hive to face the Bees on Sunday (6pm).
The Herd, who are expected to be at full strength for the weekend, lost the last time they played MK, after a penalty shoot-out on the road and will look to make amends on Saturday.
Then on Sunday, they travel to the Hive, where the Bison lost 2-0 early on in the campaign, but have since won twice at home.
The last win coming last Saturday, when they stung the Bees 6-2 with Sam Smith scoring his first ever Bison goal and Russ Cowley bagged a hat-trick.
Bison player/coach Ashley Tait said: "We learned the hard way last time against MK, what happens if we are not prepared to go from the first drop of the puck. So we will focus on Saturday's game first, before we think about Sunday."
