BASINGSTOKE Town manager Jason Bristow is hoping his side can arrest the doubts he has on his squad, when they travel to the Met Police on Saturday.

The boss watched his side slip to their third loss on the trot as Dorchester played their 'Get of Jail Free Card' with a winner in added on time.

A very disappointed Bristow said after the game: “We are miles away from where we should be. Our passing and defending was poor and we have conceded two bad goals. We are in a bit of a rut now and have to get ourselves out of it quickly.

"I watch the players in training and we pass the ball so well, but we have to do that on match day. If things carry on we will have to look at making some changes."

Saturday's loss saw the Dragons slip to seventh with 14 points, while Met Police are 12th with 12 points from one less game.

For the trip to Imber Court on Saturday, Town have a number of injury worries surrounding Charlie Kennedy, Callum Bunting, Zidane Akers and Jack McKnight.
