COMPETITION
Ahead of England’s Fourth Specsavers Test against India, the Southern Daily Echo and England’s Official Test Match partner ‘The Test Experts’ Specsavers have teamed up to offer THREE lucky readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to Day 2 at the Ageas Bowl.
With the series evenly poised at 2-1 to England following India’s fightback at Trent Bridge, West End takes on huge significance for Joe Root’s men should they want to wrap up the series and head into the tour of Sri Lanka with a home Test Series win under their belts.
To do that they’ll have to get past Virat Kohli, the Indian phenomenon who has two centuries in three Tests and is averaging 73.33, although James Anderson will fancy his chances with the evergreen seamer already on 17 wickets at 14.88 – six wickets clear of his nearest challenger Ishant Sharma.
At the ground Specsavers will also be hosting their Specsavers Fielding Test so fans should head down and try their eye for the chance to win further Test tickets.
To enter the draw for Day 2 tickets please answer this question: Who were England’s opponents in their previous two Ageas Bowl Tests?
Please send your answers with your name and number to: Samuel.wakefield@csm.com
Competition closes at 6pm on August 30.
