ON Saturday (11am), Twentyten will be travelling to Portchester to play Broughton in the final of the Hampshire Junior A Cup.
To reach the Final they beat Sandown Reserves 6-1, Old Portcastrions 9-2, Bournemouth Manor 6-1, Athletico Romsey 2-0 and BTC Southampton 2-1 in the semi-finals.
Last Saturday, was a complete wash out in the Basingstoke Saturday League as all pitches were declared waterlogged last weekend.
Bounty United called off their home fixture against Herriard Sports earlier in the week, the third time they were unable to field a team and their future is in very much doubt for next season.
The Division One is also likely to lose the current leaders Hook, who have applied to move up into the Hampshire Premier League.
Another club who are doubtful for next season are Division Two Somesay, unless they can get someone to run the club.
One new club has made enquiries to join the league, but the management committee are looking for new clubs to fill in the vacancies and anyone interested in forming a team should contact the Saturday League Secretary Alan Spacagna on 07725675287.
