THE Basingstoke Buffalo wrapped up their home campaign with a 5-2 win over the visiting Swindon Wildcats.
The first period was shared 1-1 with Joseph Denness scoring assisted by Cameron Buckle and Paul Petts.
The Buffalo then scored the only goal of the second session, from Michael Gorman after a move involving Connor Hutchison and Mark Austen.
The home side scored three more unanswered goals. Hutchison scored the first unassisted. Petts netted the next from Kyle Goddard and Denness.
Then Hutchison netted again to make it 5-1, before Swindon scored a late consolation goal.
The man of the match for the 1 Space Services backed Buffalo went to Neil Leary.
