ALEXANDER Elliot-Welch competed his Level Two Special Olympics routines on trampoline, floor, vault, and parallel bars in the Poole Disability competition.
He has only been on Level Two for about six months and was against other competitors who have been at this level in previous years.
He performed his best on all pieces, with an improved skill level, and enjoyed every moment of it.
In trampolining Elliot-Welch walked away with a gold medal, and for vault he accomplished a Bronze medal.
The competition overall was a great experience and was a positive weekend for everyone. The club was very proud of Elliot-Welch and his routines, particularly as he has difficulty with the parallel bars and felt he performed everything to his best ability.
