KYRAN Munt (97) helped Odiham to 294-9 in County Division Four North and then Becky Hartnett took 4-16 in St Cross IV 165-8.
Oakley (138-5) won by five wickets at Ashford Hill (136), while AWE Tadley, Basingstoke IV and Ramsdell all lost.
Scott Baldwin had a great day with both bat and ball for Hartley Wintney II in Division Three North, as they beat visiting Steep by 27 runs. Baldwin scored 72 in the home side’s 205-8 and then took 5-28 as Steep were bowled out for 178.
Overton (192-9) also opened with a victory at Hook III (135).
Hobos unfortunately started life in Division Two with a four wicket defeat at Basingstoke III. The home side scored 225-6 with Keith Harsham unbeaten on 73 as they chased down Hobos’ total of 224-9. Old Basing (216-9) lost by three wickets at Compton.
Kevin Light hit an excellent 97 as Hook II (245-4) won by six wickets over visiting Burridge in Division One.
