DANIEL Lackey and Hallam Wilson both scored twice, as the Basingstoke Buffalo beat the visiting Lee Valley Lions 6-2 in their final cup group game.
Lackey opened the scoring at 11:50 assisted by Samuel Compton, but the Lions levelled within a minute as Nicholas Alley scored.
Wilson made sure the home side led at the first break, as he converted a pass from Matt Lawday.
The second session saw Lee Valley once again equalise from Oliver Glover, but after this the home side dominated.
Man of the match Neil Leary made it 3-2, as finished a nice move which involved Graham Bellamy and Mark Pitts.
Lackey then netted the team's fourth goal five seconds before the second buzzer.
Pitts added goal number five from Liam Coleman and Leary, before Wilson completed the scoring slotting home a pass from Lackey, 17 seconds before the final buzzer.
The South West Two league leaders are next in action on Saturday February 13, when they travel to Cardiff for a top of the table clash.
