AFC Aldermaston are up to sixth in the Thames Valley Premier League after overcoming a first-half red card to beat Hurst on Saturday.
Aldermaston’s Matthew Partridge was sent off after being shown two yellow cards in the opening 45 minutes, but the hosts were able to grind out a 3-2 victory.
Ryan Alexander found the net twice, with Carmel Tonna also getting on the scoresheet.
Aldermaston travel to Cookham Dean on Saturday knowing that a victory would lift them above their opponents and into the top five.
