OVERTON United needed a penalty shoot-out to beat Ludgershall Sports and reach the semi-finals of the Andover Open Cup.
Luke Nellor and Danny Houseman scored Overton's goals as the teams drew 2-2 at Charlton Leisure Centre last night.
The tie was decided on penalties and it was Overton who came out on top, winning the shoot-out 5-3 to set up a meeting with Andover New Street Swifts in the last four.
Next up for Overton is a trip to struggling Hedge End Rangers in the Hampshire Premier League.
