WATER polo player and Bluefins swimmer Charlyne Lebosse had the honour of being nominated to spend a weekend at the National Talent Water Polo Training Camp in Cardiff.
The 12-year-old was nominated by her coach at the Regional Training Centre, which draws players from as far away as west Dorset, Christchurch and Portsmouth.
As one of only 40 girls chosen, Lebosse took part in nine hours of gruelling training over the weekend.
The ultimate aim of this and subsequent camps is to produce age group squads at under-19 and under-17 for the European Championship, so Lebosse is at the start of a long journey towards national recognition.
