BLUEWAVE Korean Martial Arts maintained their 100 per cent pass rate at the Taekwondo Chungdokwan Great Britain Black Belt grading in Southampton.
Five members of Bluewave attended the grading and all should be proud of their performances.
For each of them this was the final part of many months of intense preparation both within the club and at national training events.
They all showed quality performances as they underwent a rigorous test of all aspects of their taekwondo covering the traditional martial arts aspects, self defence and the Olympic style of sparring.
This was under the watchful eyes of the Taekwondo Chungdokwan GB Dan Grading Panel, which consisted of grandmaster Lindsay Lawrence, grandmaster Mark Biddlecombe, master Michael King and master Gerry Reilly.
Well deserved promotions were achieved by Milan Mistry, Shailesh Mistry and Luke Rowland (all first dan), Lucy Havard (second dan) and Lynne Firth (fifth dan).
