LONDON Irish enjoyed their first Premiership win of the season as they won at Newcastle Falcons 20-18.
Juan Socino should have won the game for the home side, but missed a late conversion on Sinoti Sinoti’s try.
Socino in total missed six kicks and failed to add the extras to tries from Josh Furno and Scott Wilson.
The Exiles won the match as Fergus Mulchrone and Andrew Fenby went over and Shane Geraghty kicked two penalties and two conversions.
Irish are next in action when they open their home league campaign on Saturday (kick-off 3pm), when Saracens are the visitors to the Madejski Stadium.
