ALDWORTH Science College Year Seven girls had some outstanding success in the Basingstoke and Deane Schools Netball League and tournament.
Aldworth Science College won all but one of their matches in the league to progress into the semi-finals, which they won to set up a final against Sherfield School.
The match was very close but saw a narrow victory by Aldworth.
This qualified them for the county competition and the standard was tough but the team managed to finish fifth out of nine schools in the whole of Hampshire.
Aldworth then enjoyed success in a Year Seven tournament against 10 Basingstoke schools, as they won all their matches.
The Aldworth team are Jade Clare, Amber Clare, Deborah Hagos, Jasmine Kinchin, Stormie Lee, Chante Pellet, Vicky Butler Clack, Aimie-Rose Smith and Jodie Mitchell.
