German fine against villager can be registered in UK, court rules
MAGISTRATES have ruled that a German fine can be registered in the UK.
The court in Basingstoke decided that the 148.50 Euro fine (£131.03) penalty against Slawomir Sebastian Malek, 38, of Fleming Place, Colden Common, can be imposed in the UK.
The nature of the penalty was not available.
