Dutch fine can be imposed in the UK against Twyford man, court rules
A PENALTY imposed in the Netherlands can be registered in the UK, a court decided.
Magistrates in Basingstoke decided that an 81 Euro fine (£71.47) can be imposed in this country against J Everest, 40, of School Road, Twyford.
J Everest, whose gender was not stated, was not present in court for the hearing. Neither was the nature of the penalty.
