AN ANDOVER woman has indicated guilty pleas on two counts of racially abusing another woman.
Daria Boguslawska, of Tailor Close, was accused of two charges of intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress to the same woman on July 27 2020 and August 2 2020.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court found that both offences were racially aggravated.
The 30-year-old was ordered to pay £50 in compensation and a restraining order was made, forbidding contact with the victim until April 21, 2022.
Boguslawska also pleaded guilty at Basingstoke Magistrates Court of drunk and disorderly behaviour in Winchester on July 7, 2020 for which she was fined £50.
She also indicated a guilty plea for assaulting a police officer on the same date.
