POLICE spoke to almost 20 drivers and hit one with a traffic offence report after a vehicle was clocked at 46mph in a 30mph zone.
Officers were carrying out the latest in a number of speed checks in and around the Tidworth area.
This included Bulford Road, near Humber Lane, the A338 at Collingbourne Ducis and Andover Road, in Ludgershall.
Over the course of the checks, 19 drivers were given words of advice and one was given a traffic offence report for 46mph in 30mph zone.
A message from police shared on social media read: “Please ensure that you are abiding by the speed limits. They are there for a reason. If caught drivers could be looking at points on their licence.”
