THIEVES have been targeting work vans in Andover, with two reports of overnight thefts.
Police are urging residents to be cautious after a pair of reports of overnight thefts in which tools were stolen from vans.
Officers say the thefts took place in the Millway area of the town.
A statement on behalf of Hampshire Constabulary read: “Please make sure that where possible, tools are not left overnight in vehicles and that all vehicles are locked and secure overnight.
“If you see anyone acting suspiciously overnight, please report through 101.”
